The least-developed hub — a semi-offline island retreat, not a serious remote-work base. No major dedicated coworking; some guesthouses/resorts have WiFi. Internet is the weak point: island infrastructure is limited, and Starlink is the realistic fix (Cambodia Starlink ~KHR 250,000/month, ~$420 hardware, ~$1,414 year-one all-in). For real workloads, base in Sihanoukville, Kampot, or Phnom Penh and treat Koh Rong as a break. Mobile: Cellcard, Smart, Metfone — coverage is patchy on the island. Power infrastructure is limited.
